The Pro's Of Whole Foods.

   Whole foods are a good source of foods. Their natural products are loaded with carbohydrates meaning more nutritious ingredients , for example things like ; olives,avocado and  green vegetables .On the other hand people believe and enjoy fast foods and think they are better than whole foods but, it's something that we don't agree with because fast foods include lots of fat and greasy products that aren't good to consume.
